Join Deanna Kay and musician Pete Kartsounes for an immersive, winter-inspired evening of movement, sound, and deep restoration.
Deanna will guide embodied, yoga-informed movement, breathwork, and somatic experiencing; inviting you to move from sensation, inner listening, and a felt sense of safety and presence.
This practice is a slow, embodied journey supported by live music-
An ambient soundscape of layered beats, guitar, flute & more.
An embodied journey held by live music with Pete Kartsounes and supportive guidance by Deanna Kay.
A painter of music and creator of immersive soundscapes, Pete (DJPK-The Groove Looper) weaves modern and tribal rhythms, worldly instrumentation, guitar, and flute together creating a live sonic journey that flows with the collective practice.
This third gathering in our seasonal series is inspired by spring in Traditional Chinese Medicine, associated with the Wood element and the Liver and Gallbladder, a time of renewal, upward movement, and fresh possibility. Spring supports growth, flexibility, and the clearing of stagnation as energy begins to rise after winter.
Deanna will guide breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic exploration inspired by these themes, inviting the free flow of energy, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of clarity and direction. Practices will support releasing stored tension, reconnecting with inner vision, and cultivating ease as you align with the season’s natural momentum.
Come as you are, ready to reawaken, restore balance, and gently support what’s ready to grow.
