*Ground Into Harmony* Deanna Kay and musician Pete Kartsounes

Join Deanna Kay and musician Pete Kartsounes for an immersive, winter-inspired evening of movement, sound, and deep restoration.

This practice is a slow, embodied journey supported by live music-

An ambient soundscape of layered beats, guitar, flute & more.

Deanna will guide embodied, yoga-informed movement, breathwork, and somatic experiencing; inviting you to move from sensation, inner listening, and a felt sense of safety and presence.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is the season of water—a time to nourish the kidneys, conserve energy, and turn inward. It is the season where fear can soften, metabolize, and transform into quiet strength, resilience, and inner resolve.

As the practice unfolds, movement gradually gives way to deep stillness and rest, allowing the body and nervous system to integrate and restore. This is an invitation to trust your body’s inner wisdom and honor its need for repair and renewal.

Leave feeling grounded, embodied, and steady—carrying a calm confidence that comes not from pushing forward, but from listening deeply.
