SHALA SOULFUL FLOW
A gentle practice that will offer a slower-paced flow designed to unwind your body and quiet your mind. With a focus on releasing tension, providing relief from sore muscles, and soothing your nervous system leaving you with a sense of deep relaxation. This class is perfect for the new student or the seasoned practitioner.
SHALA FLOWS VINYASA
Shala Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice that harmonizes breath with movement, creating a fluid and skillful sequence. This signature class will emphasize a deliberate pace, allowing practitioners to transition between poses seamlessly. Experience a refreshing and restoring practice that will enhance physical strength and clear your mind. All Levels Welcome!
SHALA PRACTICE: 2/3 VINYASA
This practice is based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Focusing on a peak pose. This class is a strong flow that will build skillfully to a posture from the Ashtanga series with meditation and a proper savasana to finish. Ashtanga Improv is for students and or teachers wanting to grow their practice.
ALIGN & FLOW
This practice blends alignment and integration within a vinyasa flow. There is an intention to move slowly practicing un-hurried breath and conscious movement.
Props and demonstrations are often used to support a well-balanced, educational, and therapeutic practice.The sequence of poses allows you to learn in layers and awaken the intelligence of your body. Come curious!
Only have 50 minutes? Come get your lunchtime fix. A fun, sweaty, continuous vinyasa practice with a dose of meditation and a sweet savasana, leaving you feeling nourished by your breath and movement. All Levels Welcome!

MYSORE OPEN PRACTICE | ASHTANGA
Mysore is the traditional way that Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is taught in Mysore, India. It is a very therapeutic and a highly individualized way to practice. With guidance from the teacher, you learn the postures and sequence at your own pace in a manner that is appropriate for you individually. You receive personalized instruction in a group setting. All levels are welcome from new beginners to seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of yoga
SHALA RESTORATIVE
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice supported by props-blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters, designed to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. By holding passive poses for extended periods, it allows the body and nervous system to unwind, cultivating profound restoration and renewal. This practice is for everyone.
SHALA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is often referred to as “Yogic Sleep” or “NSDR.” It is a journey into softening—a profound opportunity to rest deeply and discover the essence of true surrender. A restoration for your nervous system. By expanding your capacity to feel held and supported, this practice becomes the pinnacle of relaxation, rejuvenating both mind and body. A portal that will lead you deeper into who you are, your power, and your radiance.
SHALA BREATHWORK
A group breathwork class is 60 minutes in total and includes about 18-20 minutes of active breathwork. Bring an eye mask, a yoga mat, an open mind, and an empty bladder! This is breath with a capital WORK. Eat a light meal before class and dress in layers. Bring a friend or your favorite crystal or both!
