Experience the calming embrace of Soulful Flow, a gentle yoga class designed to soothe your body, quiet your mind, and nourish your spirit. Through slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, this class offers a restorative journey inward—perfect for releasing tension and restoring balance.
Expect flowing, accessible sequences and deeply supported poses, all concluding with an extended savasana to promote deep rest and integration. Open to all levels.
SHALA SOULFUL FLOW
Step into the rhythm of your breath and body with a dynamic moving meditation designed to awaken your senses and elevate your spirit. This class blends fluid, skillfully sequenced postures with intentional breathwork to create a soulful flow that builds heat, cultivates strength, and invites presence. Expect to sweat, smile, and move through playful yet purposeful transitions that challenge the body and still the mind.
SHALA FLOWS VINYASA
This practice is based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system which focuses on a peak pose. This class is a strong flow that will build skillfully to a more advanced posture. There is a meditation and a longer savasana to finish. This class is for intermediate students and or teachers wanting to strengthen and grow their practice.
LEVEL 2/3 VINYASA
This practice blends alignment and integration within a vinyasa flow. There is an intention to move slowly practicing un-hurried breath and conscious movement.
Props and demonstrations are often used to support a well-balanced, educational, and therapeutic practice.The sequence of poses allows you to learn in layers and awaken the intelligence of your body.
ALIGN & FLOW
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice supported by props-blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters, designed to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. By holding passive poses for extended periods, it allows the body and nervous system to unwind, cultivating profound restoration and renewal. This practice is for everyone.
SHALA RESTORATIVE
SHALA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is often referred to as “Yogic Sleep” or “NSDR.” It is a journey into softening—a profound opportunity to rest deeply and discover the essence of true surrender. A restoration for your nervous system. By expanding your capacity to feel held and supported, this practice becomes the pinnacle of relaxation, rejuvenating both mind and body. A portal that will lead you deeper into who you are, your power, and your radiance.
SHALA HATHA
This class offers a moderate sequence of the most familiar and accessible postures and breathing techniques, and can be enjoyed by both beginning and continuing students. The class introduces the basic principles of alignment, breath, sound, yogic thought and relaxation. You will come away with tools to help you move with greater ease, and use breath both to uplift and calm your whole system.
YIN YOGA
“Yin yoga is a passive premeditative practice with a handful of asana’s held for lengthier periods of time designed to unwind & revitalize our connective tissue & Miofascia network within the body. The practice uses the ancient Chinese Medicine philosophies and has been considered the "acupuncture of Yoga". The class is designed to provide further education and spiritual awakening to the subtleties of the body and mind connection...thru stillness, guided meditaions and breath work you will gain tools to improve your own personal meditation practice leaving you with greater space for mental clarity and overall whole body health.
SHALA SCULPT
‘Sculpt, a 45-minute high-energy class, challenges and strengthens the entire body while targeting even the smaller, often-overlooked muscles. Includes high repetitions, time under tension, and dynamic sequencing, students use light weights, resistance bands, blocks, and bodyweight movements. This empowering full-body workout blends strength training, cardio, and plyometric bursts with mindful flow, leaving muscles burning, bodies shaking, and spirits elevated. Set to energizing music, Sculpt not only boosts endurance, metabolism, and flexibility but also supports balance and resilience.
