Through thoughtfully sequenced yoga therapy practices, you will learn postures that release tension, restore alignment, and create spaciousness in both the low back and hips. Since the hips contain 4 key compartments: hip flexors, adductors, hamstrings and external rotators that can influence tightness in the lumbar spine, this workshop will focus on hip-opening techniques to address discomfort at its source. By releasing the hips, you’ll invite greater freedom of movement, improved alignment, and lasting relief for your low back.
